Daylight sensor too sensitive? Or else..

Hello,
I have the small problem probably with the sensitivity of the daylight sensor in my 2005 E500: even during a day when my COMAND screen in Automatic mode, when I drive under the bridge or in deep shadow, the COMAND screen goes into the NIGHT mode. The same situation is with the small AC screen with the temperature settings.
The instrument panel in front of the steering wheel is not affected.

My question is if it is possible the change the settings of the daylight sensor (or maybe something else - the daylight sensor is just my hypothesis) to make it a bit less sensitive during day? Can a dealer do it? And for how much?

It is nothing serious, but sometimes very annoying.

Thanks!

I among sure about changing the sensitivity but do notice in winter months it appears to be more sesative.
