W211 Seat Upgrade Options?

I just purchased a US-spec '07 W211, loaded (COMAND, BiXenon, Keyless Go, etc). Unfortunately the 'base' seats with manual lumbar and power fore-aft-up-down pale in comparison to my W210 which had the multi-countour option with air bladders, etc. Is there any way to upgrade the W211 sets to include better bolsters and lumbar, or can I swap for some salvaged seats? 'Give me options!!! '

Thx. I just bought the Star DVD service manual, so I'll dig in to figure out what's required to upgrade... would love to here from anybody else who's attempted!
