Hi there, my interior is looking sort of tired. However i found new Black W211 seats on ebay. The seller states that he can remove the leather from the current seats and send that to me.

So I'm guessing i have to remove the leather on my current seats and recover it with the new leather.

Is it easy to do or does it require stitching etc, i believe the leather on seats is just a cover that can be removed?

Is this true?

Anybody have a DIY?

Actually in the process of doing it now the leather and cushion come off together. If your interested and everything goes good with my swap my leathers are pretty mint no rips or anything would you be interested in them?

That's my listing for them but of course without rails and brackets just the cushions and leather
