Angry Error??

I just installed my canbus license plate led lights but i still get an error even though they work just fine. But it's only the left side that triggers the error. Any suggestions?

Did you switch around the bulb? Does it even light up once the trunk is closed? I had same problem and figured out the wiring near the navigation unit was stripped.

It's an on and off thing. Weird i know... But my city lights also do that too were they will spark an error even though they have canbus. The only thing is the left side will turn on and blink and turn back on even if i switch them...

sounds like you bought some false advertising. True can-bus LEDs will NOT throw a code for any reason. Possible they got damaged in shipment too. I'd take them out and try them in another socket to make sure they run properly.
