Anyone have news on availability of Voice Activated V60 phone?
I am awaiting a replacement E500 with Navigation. But my dealer is clueless about the voice activation module I also included with the V60 phone in my lease last October. Anyone else have any news?

Voice activation module is available for W211's
Part number is BQ6820827. Cost $480.00 plus tax and labor. However, still not sure of labor cost since installation time was not known as of 06/23/03

Thanks. Do you know if that is applicable to the Motorola V60 phone? I tried on the "build your own" section of MBUSA website to specify the "voice activation module" at $480 and it, perhaps mistakenly, indicated to the right in the comments section on pricing that it had to be ordered with the "Motorola Timeport" phone (which is not to be found anymore for the E Class on the site, but they applied a charge for it anyway in the hypothetical build price).
Are you ordering it for a V60?

Got mine today!!
I had my E500 in today for the V60 phone installation. I originally wanted the phone system with the Voice Control System, but was told it's not avail when I order it last week... Well, an hour after the car was there, I got a call from the Service Dept telling me they just got the Voice Control System in and wanted to know if I also wanted it installed?? You bet I do. I'll let you know how it all works.
Bottom line is for all those waiting for Voice Control for the "E's" the wait is over!
