Center speaker part number confusion!

Center speaker part number confusion!
Hello everyone, long time reader first time post(er). So I too have a common center speaker problem and have done the search on replacing it. All the local Mercedes dealers want around $140 for the replacement speaker, so I looked up the part number (A1698201802) on parts.com and the only thing that comes up is a left/right rear speaker for the wagon for $75.60. When I use the older part number (A2118203602), it lists a "loudspeaker" also for $75.60.
My question is, 1. I know that the part numbers should be the same, but are two parts on parts.com the same part? and 2. Is the newer part/part number (A1698201802) an improved part over the older one?
My car is a 2004 E500 with H/K. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1698201802 is correct "current" part (80 in diagram)- 810 = HK, E02 = AMG (not applicable).

Thanks for the pdf's. When I use the A1698201802 part number, it pulls up "1698201802 - Rear speaker wagon Left." So is this the correct part? I need the center speaker. Is this a labeling mistake on parts.com?
