Center Console Help - Hard to close?
Man I feel dumb for this being my first post...

Just installed this Ipod cord:
works perfect. Ignore that it has RCA jacks, it also has 3.5mm audio. I tapped into the rear cigarette lighter under the center console.
Right, so... all back together, but the console will not close. I have to push down hard, and I'm afraid I'm going to break it. I have looked everywhere for interference...
How to I take apart the upper console? There are two large power cords going into it (I have no phone), and tons of tiny little torx screws. Not even sure where to start. I'm guessing maybe the complicated flimsy mechanism that holds it open is somehow preventing it from closing?
Murphys Law; I mean, the Ipod cord was just too easy to install!
