I'm going to do a bunch of little things to spruce up my '06 E350 since I plan to hold onto it for 4-5 more years at least. Project includes replacing the worn & cracked steering wheel, new grille and flat badge, pedal covers, new carpet mats and new shifter and leather wrap.

I've found practically everything except a replacement shift knob (burl) and the leather wrap that matches the car interior. Any suggestions?

But as noted the leather shift bag that goes beneath is harder to come by on an aftermarket level.

Also, I do not believe they make a keyless go version with the button on it.
