I'm going to the m-b dealership tomorrow
morning (already placed deposit) to
finalize options for an '04 e500 4matic.
Any suggestions from those who already
have an e500 or e320?

Many on this forum have recommended the wood/leather wheel. I agree. It really finishes an already beautiful interior.

I will never buy another car without heated seats (get the Active Vented option). Once you have heated seats, you can't' go back!! my $.02

Order the panoramic roof. It is hardly ever available on an E off the lot and will make your vehicle unique. Add the solar panel option as well and you have leapfrogged the S Class by ending up in rarified Maybach country.
