can someone tell me whats involved with service D?

Service D only indicates approx 4 hours of time. You need to consult maintenance schedule to see what is actually due based on mileage and time. My guess is Oil Change, Cabin Filter, Brake Flush, Air Filter, possibly fuel filter.
