Nav Car Re Order
For all the Sports package folks that have either re ordered or are in process of getting a new car.
1. MB originally told my dealer that the wood/leather wheel was not available in the Birds eye black maple.........wrong.......my new car will have that option at cost in house in 2 weeks.
2. For all of the folks who do not like the aluminum gear shift knob- my dealer ordered the black top E55 knob and it fits on a sports package perfectly. If anyone needs the part number advise and I will get it for you.

1. That's old news - there was a problem and a delay in production last year when my car was supposed to be built because of the wood wheel - along with many other cars. For me, they did not produce my car until hte wood wheel was available. Others, in the USA got their cars with the regular wheel then got the wood wheel retrofitted.
2. That might look good but I have an aluminum gear housing so it means a lot of alu there. Can you post a pic?
