help with head unit type
how do I determine if my vehicle has optical fiber and external amplifier. 2008 E350. Yes I know what fiber is but is there a easy way to determine this. Thanks in advance.

ps: I am thinking of replacing the headunit that is in the vehicle now,it has nav,sat & bluetooth puck.
