Will an 04 n Up Stock Nav Head Until fit in Place of the HK Cassette Non Nav Version
I have an 03 e500 it has the weak looking cassette deck with door and single disc drive. Its Harmon Kardon. I just don't like the way it looks and want to maintain stock aesthetics - So I'm looking for the 04 and up NAV style head unit. I don't care if the Nav works i do care if the radio and cd player works. Also need to know if its a simple plug and play and has the same screw and bolting mount positions.
I did search the forums before asking and didn't have much luck.

I have a 2003 E320 (aug build), and i did just that.. I removed the cassette H/K, and replaced it with the full screen 04+ Nav.. (also installed the NAV),, its all plug and play... very easy

Thank you very much, - is the NAV a simple addition, really I just wanted the full screen - I feel that the NAV on my phone is much easier to use and more accuarte so why pay extra to add it to my car? Your thoughts
