Bluetooth on 2008 E350
I have an 09 and my blue tooth is very easy..just sync the device and done. My mom bought a 08 yesterday and the navi system looks a little different, it has buttons down both sides of the screen. When I hit the "tel" button it says please insert phone. Tried looking up in the manuals and its not really clear about how this works. Can anyone give me any insight???? I have read things about a blutooth "puch" but it sounds like that is on the older ones (ie 2003). I have no clue where to start with this.

I had a 2007 which required the bluethooth adapter in the armrest console. However, my 2009 has the redesigned command which includes Bluetooth.

If it says "insert phone" as opposed to "no tel" or "no phone" then I think you may already have bluetooth. You'd just have to pair your cell phone to the car.

My 2008 required a Bluetooth puck. I picked one up on eBay (for 25% of the dealers special offer on a "refurbed" one). Look in the armrest center console in the very back to see if you have one already. It is very obvious.
