Need advise on my (new to me) E55, might be issues.

Need advise on my (new to me) E55, might be issues.
Old member that just had to re-sign-up due to inactivity so I am not a newbee, but......need advise.
Had an 03 E55, fastest car to "that point" I had ever owned. The thing was a TQ beast, it would spin the tires at highway speeds, anyway, ecomomy tanked, $800 month payment had to go away.
Fast forward 5 years.....
Just purchase an 06 E55, as I missed my old E something bad. But here lies the problem. This car feels like a dog compared to my memory of my old E55 and the 08 Vette I now own. It has a big lag with the supercharger and forget about tire spinning even with TC off and the wheels kocked to turn into a side road. Once rolling it goes pretty well. I know the supercharger is spooiling up, as I already heat soaked the charger on the highway trying to get it to go faster than it was willing to go. The 08 Vette is completely stock and it would eat this car bad from a dig and would walk away at speed too.
The car is still under warranty for another 300 miles so I would like to get whatever needs to be addressed now while not on my dime.
Suggestions.... what might me the issue(s). Thanx for the suggestions in advance.

do the sneaky ecu reset first, to see if that works.
you might have a bad pump and could also use a larger heat exchanger while you are at it.
