Should I buy an 09 E350 over a GS350?

2004 E55 AMG
Lexus gs350, but find a rear wheel drive and not the awd. The AWD sit too high and feel a bit boaty, where as, the rear wheel is a lot more sporty feeling and stance looks much better. GL

the GS350 are slim pickings up here. Only a couple of 07's and even fewer 08's. I did find a mint 08 535i M sport but the BMW dealer wants $37K for it. Love the look of it but out of my price range. ahhhhh...
