What are the model number (bulb type) for these light bulbs?

Mine dont work, I have been wondering why, havent had a chance to check fuse. Whats wrong with yours?

Only the driver side isn't working so I think the bulb is burnt out. I'm just asking if anyone know the bulb number/type so I can buy a new bulb and replace it.

I wonder if thats why mine wont work. Anyways, the size are the 194 T10 edge bulb, 5W.
