Aircon Blower stuck on lowest fan speed, interior lights not working
Hi all,
Have been facing a few issues with the old girl of late..
4 days ago, my aircon was fine, till all of a sudden it went to it's lowest speed setting, despite showing more than 50% blower speed on the aircon panel.
It was cooling fine, but except for switching it off, the fan speed selector made no difference.
At the same time, my interior lights, cigarette lighter stopped working too.
Had been fine since...till this morning.
My MFD shows battery charge between 13.4-14.1V
What could be causing this?

Have been to my mech about 5 times on this and we are both scratching our heads now..no codes, no errors, no bad fuses, no split wires, very random also!
If the car is switched off and then on again after 3-4 minutes, all is well....and then after a bit, the same thing happens....first the GPS goes off, a/c will revert to a low fan speed, interior lights, cigarette lighter and....something else..can't remember what...goes off..!
This is very random, I tried timing it..but ranges from 10 minutes after startup, up to an hour later!
We checked the grounding, all (mostly) wiring in case something had rubbed, etc..but no luck and it keeps doing this!

Out Of Control!!
Sounds like a module or something is telling consumers to turn off.
Do your head lamps also go off after a restart??
In any event I would check my charging voltage on restart and then just after things start to turn off.Good Luck!!
