HELP my fuel door won't lock

I have E220 CDI 2005 which my fuel door won't lock
he was locking when I lock from the key but i didn't know what happened it seems in a big problem
I opened the boot trunk and release the lock and opened it it had a some motor so i put at him a small voltage and it works so the problem is not in the locker it is from a fuse or a n electric piece that is responsible to lock the locker

did anyone knows when can i find the fuse for fuel door lock and what is his number or if anyone know any advice that will help me fix it

thanks for every advice you will write

You can check f15 if fine “may” be relay G and/or H at rear SAM located behind left trunk panel towards wheel well.
