Will this work on my 96K 2006 E350 4 Matic? I got a CEL with code P0410. Does anyone know the location of Secondary Air Pump so i will try and clean it? I read somewhere that there was a service bulletin for this issue. Is it worth trying with the dealer?

need help here too.
CEL code P0140 on. Brought it to dealer and tech said air injection pump is burning fuse 1.00 SDS tested, performed actuation of air injection pump. Found 0 volts to pump, found relay and fuse burnt.
