W211 "Car Too Low"
I just got home from out of town and had my wife tell me her car had a "car too low" warning on the cluster. I looked at the car and it looks as though a chop shop has lowered it, all four tires are in the wheel well. Is it possible that all four struts went bad at the same time or could it be a sensor or compressor issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Leak in air line or suspension compressor leak. Also could be a control valve not operating correctly in the airmatic system.

Start car, check to for compressor running. If its not running and pumping then tow to shop. If its running then try tracking down the leak by listening for the air under the car.

I started the car and could not hear the compressor. Dropped the passenger side front access panel and didn't see a pump. Dropped the drivers side and found a approx. 3/8" hose that was disconnected on one and and torn off on the other, it has a white filter inline with the hose. Is this the compressor hose? It looked like a compressor right in there too, is this the suspension compressor?
Since its not working I would assume it burned out with constant running?
Can the compressor be purchased and installed by me or does it have to go to the dealer?

Arnott's manual should cover all you need to know concerning your compressor https://www.arnottindustries.com/ftp...-2192-E-RR.pdf

I kept starting the car and running around for 20 seconds at a time listening for leaks. I found the main line from the pump to the block had rubbed a spot through and was leaking badly. Went to Mercedes and bought a meter of hose and new fittings, installed it and its back to normal.
Thanks for all the help guys.

I'm wondering how you guys are accessing the pump/hoses. Do you guys have a lift, or use a jack to jack up the car to get to the access panels? I looked through the manual posted by konigstiger and the only panel it says to remove looks like the one under the front of the car. My car is so low right now I don't even know if it can even make it onto a flatbed without scratching up the bottom All 4 corners went out at the same time so I'm assuming it's either the pump or the main air hose. Any tips would be appreciated!

Picked up some 2 ton jack stands and thought I'd use the car's scissor jack to lift it up and swap in the stand, but when I went to do it, I found that there's only one jacking spot on each corner . So I ended up picking up a 2.5 ton floor jack to jack it up from the front but the car was so low I had to jack up one the front tire in order to fit the floor jack under.
Finally got the car up and took the panel off. Rubbed some soapy water on the lines, noticed the main pressure line was melted a bit on one side, but didn't see any leaks, then all of a sudden the compressor kicked in, and the rear raised itself
That ruled out an air leak. So I lowered the car off the jacks and the entire front end was low, while the rear was normal. Turned the car on again and waited, but nothing happened. Then I remembered about the suspension raise button on the console, pressed it, and the entire car raised.
Dunno what happened, all I can think of is that while I was applying the soapy water, I must have jiggled around a loose power connector and reconnected it. It's been working fine for the last several days , but I've been too nervous to drive very far.

I changed the filter for my air compressor yesterday, but I noticed one end of the tubing wasn't connected to anything. It's the end that goes upward (other end of the filter as shown on page 3 per Arnott's diagram). Does that side connect to anything?
Thanks,
