Sad Day
I have officially put the car away for the winter.
What I did:
- Cleaned it inside, outside, and under the hood.
- Put an extra thick layer of wax on it.
- Placed STA-BIL in the gas tank and then topped it off.
- Place a canister of damp rid inside the car to keep moisture from building up.
- Stuff rags in the intake and exhaust to keep mice from trying to make a nice home out of the car in the dead of winter
- Inflated the tires to their exact specifications
- Put a Dust-Stop car cover on the car
Just waiting on the battery tender to come in to keep the battery in good health over the long cold winter and I'll be all set.
