My right-passenger side blade stopped working while the left one is working normally
I checked it and it looks like there is something preventing the blade from moving "its struggling to move" and sometimes it goes up and never goes down "i had returned back to ots original place with my hand"

What could cause such an issue ? And what shall i check , is there anything i may need to loose or tight?

i would first check my manual-- intermittant wiper section(if you have the feature)because as you know when in intermittant and in P or N the wipers will stop and will not restart untill doors closed and in a motion gear.

If that is not the case then start to diagnose the front drivers SAM---GoodLuck

I would tighten the nut that keeps the wiper arm attached to the axle. If not this, then some arm inside has come out of the correct place.
