The difference is a lot of extra "special" parts that add extremely little to the performance of the car, but increase the cost of ownership by several orders of magnitude: particularly, Airmatic.
Given that it's a 2003, I would avoid it like the plague. I have exactly that car and it's nothing but a basketcase. I'm not even over 100,000 miles, either - and I've spent thousands on maintenance and repair in the 18 months I've owned it, and that's doing most of the work myself.

wow sorry to hear that. i already have the car 6 years now. it has 60k miles. the only thing that broke on me was the alternator. i was just curios to see if there was anything special about the sport edition, thank you for your reply.
