What did the dealer throw in free in your replacement E.
I am curious. My dealer is notorious for not doing anything extra when it comes down to it. I have bought 6 cars from them.
So, I need some ammunition. They don't believe that anybody got anything other than an exact replacement car.
Help me please... what did you get (or been promised).
Thanks in advance!

wow, 6 cars??? wow, your dealer really doesnt care for customer satisfaction. i would ask for atleast a free wheel, and thats just for the replacement, and for the 5 others, i would ask for a free phone and voice activation.

My car is due in next week. I have been promised an upgrade to drive dynamic seats.
I have over 18,000 miles on the car now and may get into a hassel over the mileage issue if it actually exists. I did mention the mileage to the dealer manager yesterday...will wait to see his reaction.

I didn't get anything either... I had to fight to get xenons (which I eventually got but had to pay list)... The only reason I think I got it was because I reminded them I would have ordered them originally had I known they were factory install only...

My dealer gave me the 6-disc cd changer in my replacement car.
I would find another dealer if you purchased 6 cars from them already, I would think that you would be an important customer.

more money) also since the car was delivered with dark gray mats (I have an ash interior and had the light colored mats on my original) they are giving me an extra set of ash mats.
At the risk of sounding like their ads, you don't pay anymore but you get treated really well at Beverly Hills MB.

Nothing!
Just got off the phone with the dealer. My car is arriving today.
They will not give me anything, not so much as a keychain!
This car will be #7 from this dealer, and while they're not making any money on the deal, they will make money selling the old car as well as whatever MBUSA is covering. I'm sure they will do fine.
I can't imagine that I will ever purchase another car from them. In addition to my 7 I have sent friends over who have purchased 4 additional cars. I think I'm a damn good customer, and that they would wanna keep me happy.
I think a $500 wood wheel or anything would make me come back. Seems short sighted. But there's nothing I can do.
I'm disappointed but at least I will get the car I ordered after a year of waiting.

Almost zip............I upgraded to the wood wheel and the Black E55 shift knob at dealer cost...........even though the dealer does get a $$ boot from MB I was treated and rushed thru like the ******* step child.
Hey, I did not take it too bad as I drove a "loaner" for 4 months on them and stepped into a zero miles replacement with transferred equity.......and a new warranty.
Life is still pretty damm good.
DS.
