Shifter Covers?
Besides the two main regular covers (see attachments), what other styles (Not colors) are there that fit the W211?

Similar to the one I have, Motor Heat, on the facelift W211 which looks different than the original two you posted. Even though you'll pay a premium, go to your local dealership and they'll be able to get you that assembly.

You can probably source it muh cheaper on eBay, it came with the roll top center console I bought. It's burle wood on the other side

Be careful with what you buy on eBay. I source a lot of my parts from there for customization and such but just be really really careful you aren't buying the cheap Hong Kong parts.

LKQ has a good eBay store if you don't have one close to you, they can just about source anything oem
