The chart should be located inside the drivers side behind the dash. The divers outer side of the dash pops off and exposes the fuses located within the compartment.

Out Of Control!!
I would look to the rear SAM(trunk) that controls the tail lights---then look to the rear pre fuse box that fuses the SAM---then look to fuse number 79--it's large as I could not find a specific tail lamp fuse. I doubt it is faulty!!
