2008 E350 misfire on 2 and 4

2008 E350 misfire on 2 and 4
Having trouble with this litte w211. V6. Pulled the valve covers because they were leaking alone the sides, as well cam plugs and oil seperators. And also replaced the t-stat due to a coolant not up to temp code(I don't recall the exact codes)...Repair went as usual.
I don't claim to be some MB super tech but I work at a little indi-shop in a ritzi part of north Houston and we deal with a ton of MB/BMWAudi's so I have quite a bit of experiance with them, just no access to a factory scan tool for the MB's
Reguardless, I pulled both coils, swapped them out with the next holes in line and the miss did not move. Pull them from the tubes and started it up with a spark plug to ground and they are not sparking.
I'm thinkning the drivers on 1 and 4 died at the PCM, but Id like to know the pin-outs for the harness connectors. I have the MB wiring diagrams and have narrowed down the primary side 12V that I have on all 6 connectors, but the other 3 wires im not sure of. I just need some more info before I drag out my scope and pull the harness apart to check for broken/shorted wires. Any other ideas from you daily MB guys would awsome as well.
