Summary:
ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE NUT ON THE BOLT WHICH CONNECTS THE STEERING GEAR TO THE STEERING COUPLING MAY NOT BE TIGHTENED CORRECTLY.
Consequence:
THE LOOSENING OF THE NUT COULD RESULT IN A SLIPPING OF THE CONNECTION OVER TIME, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

Interesting... especially since I had my car in for service recently and complained about a clicking sound which can be both felt and heard from the steering wheel (they, of course, could not reproduce it).
So the car goes in once again (60 days in service and counting since 12/02) - not a good sign for such a nice car
Note that only 554 cars are affected--they deliver between 4000 and 5000 per month in the US, so it will be a fairly narrow production date window--maybe two or three days.
