Battery light and remote start failure?

Battery light and remote start failure?
I have been reading every battery related post on here and excuse me if this is answered somewhere, but i cant find it.
A few months ago all the sudden my push button start would not work, thought battery was dead, but eventually i figured out i can start the car find by inserting the key. But when the car is running, truck will not open, blinkers do not work, and battery light is on. The next day all these issues went away on their own, and now two days ago the same thing happened. I tested the trunk battery fine, but i cant find the aux battery in the location shown on other models. Is it in the same location on this e63 amg as on the other models?
