dvd loading problem
Please Help .
I have E320 W211 2004 model. my DVD from command unit no longer want to load the DVD. When I put the DVD into the slot and it just stuck it there. Is this a physical mechanical problem or software problem. the cd changers is working fine with the music. GPS is also working. Just the dvd does not load automatically when you put the dvd into the slot.
