Help with Shifter Part Number

I'm looking for a shifter exactly like the one in the photo, but one that fits the W211.

Does anyone know the part number?

OP didn't ask for the original part number - he asked for a shift knob like the C300 model that fits the w211. Do the two interchange?

I personally just want something other than wood grain on mine.

i have a designo wood Key less go for sale i took it off cause i did full carbonfiber......i need 250 it is genuine mercedes n taken out at 33000 km
