Thanks

the close sunroof comes on when you stop the engine, and open the driver door, as if your leaving, its just a reminder to close it. it goes away after about 4 seconds though.

with the NAV car i was just wondering what does the "cityctr" button do after you select a city? also, in the nav manual it says you can sereach for POI's? is that true, i tried doing it, but had no luck, by searching, i mean by typing in the name of whatever it is. also, i was getting some stuff out of the trunk today, and i noticed that the bumper attatched to the trunk has some space, i was wondering if you guys have that same space, or is there some type of strip that is supposed to go there, ill try to get a pic, thanks in advance

Use the "city center" button when you just want to go from one city to another but don't have or want to enter an address. This will get you to the town or city and you can take it from there.

The POI is "point of interest" and it should give you a list of different things like resturants, gas stations, parks, shopping, etc.

No. You select the catagory from a list and then the specific place or building or business from another list.

I was disappointed with the MB navi. I have a Chrysler Pacifica, and the Chrysler navi is more user-friendly. You can type in a business name or even just the phone number and the navi (Alpine) will get you there. However, the MB navi does calculate routes faster, and I like the option of displaying the GPS info on the MB. MB has some things to learn from its poor sister company.
