Newbie: Purchasing Questions

Hi All:

I decided to take the plunge and get a 2003 E320 with E2 package. I have questions regarding the purchase price:

1) Is Edmunds.com accurate with invoice pricing? It indicates $45, 846.
2) Any dealer recommendations in California? I am willing to travel to pick the vehicle.
3) Any recommendations/ advice period? Am I getting into some quality problems with the New E-class?

hey, welcome to the boards. where do you live in CA? i believe dealers in CA are selling cars at or below invoice, so im sure you will find no trouble getting one.

Quality wise, i don't think your going to have any problems, MB fixed most of the bugs throughout the year, GL with your purchase
