Don't worry about your English I can still read it fine bro. Shouldn't be normal to have any slip or shuddering, I would check transmission fluid condition, levels, and everything but it shouldn't be behaving like this.

It could be as simple as a transmission reprogram or this: https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...se-advise.html. Since it's a 2003 it's especially vulnerable to glycol contamination that gets into the torque converter and can cause these issues. If it isn't shifting at all it could be a speed sensor problem or some other issue with the transmission. Try to get any codes pulled from an OBD-II.

I think it's normal.
In Comfort mode the car is moving from 2nd gear and also up-shiftings are done a little late (about 2000 RPM).
I haven't seen any issues in the video

If it's still shifting fine, if it lags a little bit than just do the sneaky reset technique that's been covered on the forum, but as samo1 said there is nothing wrong with it upshifting a little late as long as there is no loss of power or shuttering, as comfort mode is a second gear pull for smoothness/fuel-efficiency.
