It happens the following thing to me in a E270CDI. My command is extinguished and it does not return to work until the technical service disconnects bateria and returns to reprogramar itself. To somebody it has happened to him the same?. In the technical service they answer to me Already "has happened to us in several cars and we do not know that it is nor that to do" 
, Mercedes seems to you an answer for a technical service, a car of 100 k$ and does not know to solve it.

Off topic, is your car Red (the non-metallic)? or Borduex Red? if its the first, can you post a pic please.
