Is MB monitoring these forums?

Just read today in the WSJ that DaimlerChrysler is pulling out of the aerospace business to FOCUS on automobiles.

Of course not. It's much more cost efficent to see what they are doing via surveys and focus groups.

It's much nicer for their eyes to see the survey filled out with "excellent" down the line because the dealership instructs them too, rather than have them see negative reports on the forums....

That's true matt5555! Although, sometimes the survey doesn't read excellent and the negative points on the forums just show the areas that they should work on! We generally see eye to eye on different subjects relating to MB's if we're all MB enthusiasts and that's what should matter. So, in that case the negative points are the truths just as much as the positive points! Sometimes the truth hurts and that's what they should focus on........the TRUTH whether they like it or not!

I know that both Audi and BMW representatives frequetnly scan their respective boards.. and periodicaly interject a response. no reason to say that at least one MB rep isn't perusing this board. Valuable insight from the enthusiast bunch. Although, we are not representative, typically, of the whole target market as a whole, so slightly less usefull.

Become a Consultant

Go to MB and have them hire you as a constulting firm. Then report everything we say in the forums and get paid big buck. You can even work from home. If they ask you to do a study then charge them even more money and then post the survey on here. So what are you waiting for?
