ridgid wd1450 shop vac
Hey guys. I bought this Ridgid with 6hp 15 gallon, The problem is that this thing is so powerful, I can't glide the attachment over the carpet smoothly without having to crowbar the damn things out of any area on the carpet.

Is their another way to use this hulkster of a machine?

Lean the opening to the side when using it. As in, if the opening is flat, cant it to one side 30-45 degrees. This will allow it to suck up the dirt while keeping it movable.

I have the same vac.

Yup. It's badass for sure. I got mine for $20 on sale during a price mismatch. I'd say worth it at normal price too.

To get all the crushed beer cans outa the back seat and trunk you may need a 30hp unit.
