Sirius Radio only goes up to 184?

Sirius Radio only goes up to 184?
I just bought a 2010 E350.
It has Sirius built in. I called to activate it, and it would only go up to 184. Also it skips over 11 thru 14. Maybe a few others too which I haven't noticed.
After over an hour with some outsourced clowns that work at SiriusXM, someone told me that since it is a "Sirius" branded radio, that those channels are not available. They only work on XM branded radios.
Has anyone else had a similar experience. Are you able to get these channels? Is there maybe an adapter, software update, trick, or hack that can be used to get those channels?

Sirius and XM DO carry different lineups and channels even though Sirius owns XM. Also, some same named channels are on different channel numbers from XM to Sirius.
