Samsung Galaxy S3 Issue

Hi, I have a 2009 E350 4-Matic and when I pair my Samsung Galaxy S3, everything works, contacts, voice dialing, etc. When I make a call or answer a call, I can hear the caller but they cannot hear me. I borrowed my son's iPhone 4S and paired it and it passed all tests, people could hear me on the other end and I could hear them on my end. Any thoughts? I'm so frustrated I'm ready to sell my S3 and buy an iPhone.

2007 E350 4matic
Are you making/answering calls from the phone or from the car's controls?

2007 E350 Sedan
My 2007 E350 doesn't have factory installed Bluetooth. I use one of the Bluetooth "pucks", since my car is wired for it. I have the same issue, but my phone is not one of the supported models. I don't know whether yours is or not, but you ought to be able to check, I would think.

Some people solve that issue with a software/firmware update for the phone. My poor old phone is so basic that none will be forthcoming. I can solve the issue for a while by unpairing and deleting the device from the phone completely (even taking my phone battery out to erase the last vestiges). Then I re-pair and everything is fine (until it isn't again). That can be hours, that can be days or weeks.

Samsung Galaxy S3 here... no problems at all.
Which puck do you have? Mine is the newer, smaller all-black one.

Same year, make model as you. Galaxy S3 pairs just fine and no audio issues. Have you tried deleting and pairing it again?

I only have a problem with my iPhone, when I have the Media Interface Plus plugged in. This allows bluetooth audio streaming, it must get confused with the telephone bluetooth. My problems are exactly as you describe and I just unplugged the device.

I have a 2013 c class m.benz. My Bluetooth works for a single phone call on Samsung and then the system resets and the car cannot see the Samsung s3. If I turn the Bluetooth off and then on on the phone, the cars system will pick up the phone for a single call and then drop the connection again and I need to follow the same procedure. I am pulling my hair out. I can't get the two to talk together for more than one call . Please help me
