E300 Bluetec

I have an E300 Bluetec V6 211 bhp W211 and i want some information for my car, my car is euro5? i pay taxes as euro 5 in europe? does it met the euro6? it consume less than 320 cdi 224 bhp? does it consume less than 280 cd1 190 bhp? i have to change the bluetec filters one day? i want other information for my car, sometimes i hear the engine sound change and that i see water from my exhaust, and the exhausts are so HOT you cant touch them. after 100k miles i saw black smoke, i havent seen it but when i touch inside the car exhaust my finger is black, is that normal? PLS i want more info for my car

You have so many questions. First I would read my owners manual the emission standards are included!
When a Bluetec is driven mostly at the low speed and for short distances the DPF(bluetec filters) will go through the regeneration(heat up) stage more often than if the vehicle was driven mostly at high speed auto pisto speeds.
All the things you noticed depend upon how the car is driven and for how long a distance. Your manual discusses all these factors.
Learnig about you car will be easy with the internet and the joining of a couple European forums.
