just bought some rims which are 20x8.5 with 32 off set in front
and 20x10 with 40 off set in the rear
question is will this clear my brakes n or rub?

 

It should mine were 32 or 33 front and rear and that was perfectly fine. I have plenty of space all around and as long as it is within +/- 10mm it should be okay. Don't take my word for it before doing a little more research (someone here will be able to answer it better) but I am almost certain those will be within spec for safe installation.

Good luck! I will try to dig up more information and post it ASAP but worst comes to worst you can buy spacers which aren't too pricy.
