Pics of 20% tint on 07 E350 sport (blue glass)?
Getting it tinted next week and will most likely go w/ 20% on rear doors and rear window. It's flint grey on black leather so it will tend to look darker. Other option would be 30%. Any thoughts or pics? Don't want it blacked out. Sorry if there are pics. I did a quick search but w/o going through every pic and signature didn't see anything. Thanks for your help.

i don't have tint because i'm diggin the no tint look with the blue glass against the white. but i think 20% with black interior will be pretty dark. i'd go 35% if anything.

If you go with a 35% film on the blue sport glass it will equal out to around a 27% to 29% tint once it is applied and cured. Is it as dark as I'd like? From most angles it is but in certain light I wish it was darker, however it is legal and you have to remember that when you apply tint to your existing window the VLT% overall will be lower. At night it is right at the line of impeding my vision, anymore and I would be like my high school friends that have to role down their windows to make safe turns at night. Thankfully this tint is about perfect in all situations. It looks great on a dark colored car, but check your local state laws as "legal" tint also means that Huper Optik (in my case) will always honor the lifetime warranty.
I would tint all around equal VLT. It looks much better and it isn't that Japanese limo look where you don't have tint on the front and you have it on the back, it will look especially bad since there is a blue hue to the windows from factory. I recommend a Huper Optik (I had the Huper Optik Extreme Color Stable, slightly cheaper than the Huper Optik Ceramic - less heat resistance but still about 70%, and it's a darker look) or a Sun Gard/Solamatrix film. 3M tints are far from high end and will look bad down the line. Here is my car with a 35% Huper Optik film:
