New suspension - now crashing and no cushioning
I just had my entire front suspension replaced at huge cost.
However, now, the front end is just horrible! It's crashing and is unbearable over rough roads, It feels like the struts have been welded together. The whole car is now rattling and squeaking miserably. There is no cushioning whatsoever and instead of the car going smoothly over bumps or speed humps, it seems like there's a front suspension gremlin with a big mallet, going wild!
The dealer where I got the work done says everything is perfect and it's just me..!
I know I have 19's and low profile tires, but the ride was honestly much much better before replacing the entire lot!

If the install is perfect and you can verify this, obviously you have a bad part. Pressure the installer to fix the problem as this isn't normal, go on a test drive with them if necessary. Don't just sit and complain to them or others, make them rectify the situation.
