Smile Where is the control module for the 4 zone climate control?

I have an 03 e55 that I am having problems with the communication from my launch x431 scan tool specifically for the climate control. I am having problems with the a/c and the variable compressor is not moving the swashplate for the pump. The launch tool will communicate with everything but the suction , ( which works for the engine cooling) , blower fan , and a/c compressor turning on and off. The two fans work but not with the launch.

I am leaning toward a control issue, as the suction (cooling) fan shorted out and was replaced with a new one. The a/c has been charged with weighed in refrigerant, and the filter drier and txv have been replaced. The ac, soon started acting up, ( blowing hot air) intermittently right before the cooling fan whacked out.

The launch tool gives me all other diagnostic values and right when I start in the air conditioning menu actuations it sometimes loses communication when I am trying to activate either the blower or the cooling fan or the compressor none of which it will activate. I believe that the shorted cooling fan may have taken out the module that activates these units. I have a 4 zone, where are these controlled from?
