Please help.
I recently had my car 2008 E3504matic, in the shop. They said they had to disconnect the battery.When I picked it up, the Navi wont work,(its frozen)the dash lights are white, the DVD wont open, it tells me to start the engine when its on. 30 minutes of driving the radio turns off. (says command will now turn off). No one knows how to fix it, not even the dealer.

Sounds like the shop owes you a repair.
I would start with a battery test and double checking any electrical work the shop did.
