Cluster glow indicator

Mercedes Benz E200 2007 full black
Cluster glow indicator
Hay everyone. I has a 2007 mercedes e200 cdi (w211 facelifted). Now, the when the summer is going to end, and i noticed the glow indicator never showed up (any position of the car key). I bought the car about one year ago, and I might remember it as if it showed the last winter.

The question is: thats is normal when the summer time never showed up the glow indicatior, or i have to go my local dealer.

Several days ago was the car in the D service, and the car mechanic sayed: the car computer isn't sing any problems with the car. Any ideas?

Full cluster test to see if lamp is working - this can be done using STAR Diagnosis system.
Even in hot weather, the glow plug indicator should light very briefly when turning to run position.

Yesterday i went back to car mechanic and figured out, the car are working correctly, just he cluster indicator is fault. I'm glad the cluster are has warranty yet
