SOS/TeleAid Malfunction Help !

SOS/TeleAid Malfunction Help !
My 2006 E350 had the SOS/TeleAid Malf message 2 weeks ago but after sitting for a couple the hours the message went away until today, which it reappeared this morning and has not gone away..
Navigation guidance works fine, only issue I noticed is the coords and altitude just displays "-" on the bottom of map display.
I made a test SOS and Information call and they both went straight through to embrace services. So that looks to be working just like before.
So if the car is able to makes calls to tele aid/embrace properly, what could the issue be ? Not sure if this has anything to do with it but it was raining earlier when the message reappeared .
