E320 CDI, retrofitting features?

So i've been looking at getting an e320 CDI (2005 or 2006 model), and i only just realized it has a few features i've been really looking for in a car, with some work.
but i have some question about them...

1) is the power tilt/telescopic steering wheel standard on all 05s and 06s? what about that "easy entry mode" where the wheel tilts up and the seat slides back? Furthermore, can the seat slide/wheel tilt be programmed to occur when you open the driver side door? so the car "greets you"? that's literally the coolest thing ever, ever.

2) Apparently there was an optional split fold rear seat. how common was this? it looks incredibly useful. Would it be hard to retrofit that thing in if i got one from a wrecked e-class of that year and jsut replaced the rear seats? i'm big into retrofitting

3) In canada there was an optional heated steering wheel, can this also be retrofitted in? Even if it requires various electronics and wiring harnesses to be installed, i can do that, i'd just need to know what to look for on ebay or whatever

4) Do the diesel mercedes have electric heating elements in the vents so that in the winter your car warms faster? diesel engines make very little waste heat so they tend to heat up quite slowly, and only recently have features like this been added to diesels.....but does the e320 cdi have them?

thanks for any help you can provide
