Im helping out a friend who has an '05 E240 with a brake issue. The unit is in Shenzhen, China and neither he nor I can read or speak Chinese. Communication through an interpreter is an issue and they gave a repair estimate for the brake system which is a bit confusing. They say it's a front right brake pump that needs to be replaced because it is leaking. Is there even such a part? They sent photos and I hope someone can help identify the part. The dealer doesn't seem to want to give the part number out. Thanks in advance!!!

With the VIN in the service quote---the leaking part is the brake caliper with part number 003 420 01 83 (L) and 02 83 for the (R)---European sales price 320 euros each------these parts are also available as factory reconditioned.

They have also quoted pads sensors and labor!!
